i'm all about free speech. but this one was so offensive and degrading, it had to go. i've never deleted a comment before. but this one was racist and not even almost okay, so I had no problem pulling the plug on it. i'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I'm sorry that I offended. Thank you for Holding me accountable to my words. It honestly did look like him to me. It was not in a degrading or racist manner what so ever. I'm not racist at all, most of my friends are not white. My brother is not white. He is adopted. I have this thing where I think people look like animals. It's not an offensive thing, it's just something I do. I'm sorry that it offended. I have really enjoyed reading your blog, and again it was not racist. I'm sorry my heart in it was misunderstood. I respect our President, and I pray for him daily.

thank you, brandie for clarifying and sharing your heart. I did not mean to imply that you yourself are racist, I just know that the comment was being misconstrued that way and I was not okay with people thinking I condoned that here on this blog. (of course, i do not.)
I know that your heart was NOT being malicious or hurtful when you made the comment, and I'm so sorry I let it all get out of hand and cause such drama. I should have just quietly removed it and moved on.
