    widge- it's called a "nook" and its an eBook reader (like the kindle). It is my christmas present from chris and I love it so far! :)

    danielle-- the nook supports .pdf and ePub files, so if you google 'free ebook pdf' or something like that, it will take you to a whole bunch of sites!

    i got a lot of my favorites from here:
